

The Amstel Lodge is the twelfth Lodge founded in the Netherlands, more than 100 years ago. The Lodge is having a hard time due to a low membership (8) and will therefore probably stop its activities soon. The Amstel Lodge was in Amsterdam for a long time and then sought salvation at a friendly Lodge in Krommenie. It has not been possible to attract new members. The current chairman is Br. Jim van Lawick is also a member of the Grand Lodge in the kingdoms of the Netherlands and Belgium.
Ancaster Lodge #138 is a local chapter of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) and promotes personal and social development through fraternity and community service. Please contact us for more information or if you would like to become a member.
