Dallas Lodge #44 was chartered July 4th, 1854 by the Grand Lodge of Texas Independent Order of Odd Fellows.Dallas Lodge #44 continues its command to "visit the sick, relieve the distressed, bury the dead, and educate the orphan."
Lodge Has Closed
Odd Fellows meet on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month. If the month happens to have a 5th Tuesday we gather and have dinner and play games. Our hall is available for rent for small gatherings. Examples of such gatherings that have happened in the last year are baby showers, birthday parties, Teen 5th Friday, Mom Bible Study, Leaders meetings, men's meetings, sweet 16 dance, memorial services, funeral dinners and homeschool prom.
We are above the bank building on the 2nd floor. The lodge has been located here for many years serving the community and its members. Our lodge also has a campground for use by lodge members. It is located at 3706 Snyder Domer Rd, Springfield, Ohio 45502-8964.
We are a local chapter of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF), an international fraternity that promotes personal and social development through principles of fraternity and community service.
