Debroarah Rebekah Lodge #63 is a local chapter of the Rebekahs, also known as the International Association of Rebekah Assemblies (IARA), an international service-oriented organization and a branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. We have been sponsoring the Norfolk Odd Fellow Fourth of July parade for over fifty years and support numerous community events and organizations. The oldest continually running lodge in Virginia, having been instituted after Virginia #1 in Harper's Ferry - which is now in West Virginia since the state split.
