Originally chartered in 1895, Durant Lodge #57 is a local chapter of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF), an international fraternity that promotes personal and social development through principles of fraternity and community service. Odd Fellows meet on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month. If the month happens to have a 5th Tuesday we gather and have dinner and play games. Our hall is available for rent for small gatherings. Examples of such gatherings that have happened in the last year are baby showers, birthday parties, Teen 5th Friday, Mom Bible Study, Leaders meetings, men's meetings, sweet 16 dance, memorial services, funeral dinners and homeschool prom.
