Four Creeks Lodge #94
Four Creeks Lodge #94 was granted its Charter on December 19, 1859. From 1873 to approximately 1911, Four Creeks IOOF shared a building with Visalia Freemasons Lodge #128. Around 1912, Four Creeks Lodge purchased the Brown Building, built by Samuel Carr Brown, located at the lodge's current location.
On the morning of November 3, 1949, Four Creeks Lodge caught fire, suffering damages that exceeded $100,000. The lodge, which was on the third floor, and several offices on the second floor were destroyed by the fire. A portion of the ceiling to the ground floor was also damaged by fire and water, resulting in the tenant also suffering a loss of inventory. Four Creeks Lodge was rebuilt, with only two floors, and reopened in November 1950.
